Thank you stallzer for the quick reply. You helped me to ID two stamps I had problems with.
The one above I ID'd as Scott P9B type III.
And the second one below is also a newspaper stamp Scott P11.
Also thanks vayolene for help on reading cancel, which help me ID the P11 by its cancellation date.
Because I have no idea what it means in my book by "Without Varnish Bars" or "With Varnish Bars".
