Scott 167 King George V "Arch/Leaf" Issue - Perforations

There are a lot of irregularities when it comes to accurate perforation measurements.
It has been accepted that literary information suggests that "rounding off" has become the normal.
There are many, many stamps out there that do not reflect the standard perforations.

Here is one example....Scott 167 King George V "Arch/Leaf" issue.
BOOK – 11.0 x 11.0
LAC – 11.0 x 11.0 {LAC= Library and Archives Canada}

Take a look at these 2 Scott 167 stamps for example.
I know a lot of you out there are not interested in perforation measurement adjustments, but it exists.

Hi, is it possible that the used stamp on the right described as a 167 is actually a 167as from booklet pane 167a(BK18 & 19) Can there be a difference in accurate measurement between a mint and used stamp?

Sheet vs booklet. Perforated on different equipment. A difference is not unexpected. Correct?

There could be yes..
I have an excel sheet with perforation measurements and so far have found inaccuracy with approx. 374 stamps.
96%-97% were done with MINT stamps.
Of course we {collectors} can only read perforations from catalouges.
Been working on this for about 3 weeks...Taking into consideration of ..

Catalouge perfs
LAC perfs.
Actual measured perfs.

Driving me crazy though.
