I heard that there are withdrawn stamps from Brazil in 1999. If I am correct there are fruits on these stamps. I have the following questions:
1. Can someone tell me the Scott or Michel numbers 2. What was the reason for the withdrawal ? 3. Have they been withdrawn before or after they have been sold through post offices ? 4. If after, how quickly have they been withdrawn ?
Seems this is definitives between 1997 and 1999 which have repeating fruits on the stamps but differing perforation and being self-adhesive or with no gum.
Is maybe the reason one of the perforations in 1999 was not accepted or the fact that some of them were issued with no gum in 1999 ?
If I see this correctly four perforations exist: None, micro-perforation, 0,7 mm distance and 1 mm distance ?
And there is various references in the internet that in 1999 some of these stamps have been withdrawn (at least I believe it relates to these stamps since they are not included in Brasil 1999 year packs).
