According to a German stamp periodical journal, there are two stamp editions of 2020 withdrawn due to licence violation and copyright issues. One issue is about the Tokyo 2020 torch runs, the other about World art. Apparently for the later there was an additional issue planned for October this year which will not happen.
1. Can anyone tell what exact copyright and licence violation issues are the problem ?
2. Peculiar that the torch stamps have not been withdrawn because Tokyo 2020 is cancelled due to Corona ?
