George"V" Arch/Leaf Issue?

The info in the latest specialized cat. on George "V" Arch/ Leaf issue covers the die information in the printing of the Scott #163, #164, #165 and #166 only.
They don't mention which Die was used for Scott #162 or #167 through to #172.
Why is this info not listed and what die or die's were used?

If there is only one Die then it is usually Die I.

Note that for 1 cent deep green # 163 it has for Die II plates 5,6,7,8 and for # 163b it has Die I plates 1,2 while for 1 cent orange # 162 it has plates 1,2 so that in this case the same plates with Die I were used for both 1 cent stamps.

For the 2 cents:

# 164 2 cents dull green Die I plates 1,2,3,4,5,6
# 165 2 cents deep red Die I plates 3,4,5,6
# 166b 2 cents dark brown Die I plates 5,6

# 165a 2 cents deep red Die II plates 7,8
# 166 2 cents dark brown Die II plates 7,8,9,10

jogil thank you, I went through my 1 and 2 cent stamps and thought I had it sorted out but not with as much detail on all the plate usage.
It's when I moved on to the 3 cent stamp which I had concluded would be die I, they just don't look like a die I at all, actually much more like a Die II.
Below are three photos two 2 cent brown 166b Die I, 166 Die II and a 167 3 cent that the book never says which die it's from.
To my eye the three cent looks much more like Die II.
The 166b Die I has bald spots throughout the hair and beard, there's a small smiley in the ball and a small centre in the "P".
The 166 Die II has the bald spots filled in, there's a larger smiley and the centre in the "P" is larger.
If you look at the 3 cent which one does it look like?
I became even more confused when I moved on to the 4 cent.

How many lines above the "P" on the right side? There are 3 thick colour lines and 1 thin colour line in Die I and 4 thick colour lines in Die II.

Unlike # 162-167, 169 which are rotary press printed stamps, # 168, 169a, 170, 171, 172 are flat plate printed stamps.

Thus, the different Dies mostly apply to the Stickney rotary press stamps.
