This stamp is not listed in the Michel catalogue it seems. Does anyoine have any more insights into this stamp ?

Hello Dieter,

This Jerry Rawlings stamp is SG 2423.

SG notes that it was withdrawn on 22nd March 1997 "at the request of the Office of the President".
