Anders, Aww the wonderful world of postal cancels imitating precancels, LOL. Am trying to recall but I THINK this is a parcel post cancel they used for regular canceling on letters. Its been some 25 yrs or so but seem to me I read about this wannabe precancel in an OLD OLD Precancel Forum. I will try to find it again and quote the story if I do. I;d put this on a wannabe page for ILL.
