With all the stamps added to that page, one would think they would just use a blank page. |

ANGORE ---Your right , the problem is when you find one or two extra stamps to add to a collection ,you can't just stop what your doing and add a page . To answer your question ,yes sometime in the future it will happen as more stamps plus a more detail reference source is found .As you can see Scott doesn't have a 9 x 91/2 perforation listed ,so I will just hold off until I have a better reference to explain what I got ,also a reference is need for some of the shade varieties on that page .

For the person who though that I just fill holes on album pages --- My collection is the world specialized . Trying to go where no collector has been . |

Nice! The journey of all those used stamps to that page is fun to ponder, plus I want one! |

Floortrader; Your collecting reminds me of a gentleman who was very determined to achieve these goals, who was from Chicago, construction biz, family guy, silver trader (i made money with his insights), military bearing, along with being very generous with time and knowledge learned. If a J is your first initial, it is indeed terrific to see your doing well and still 'kicking' (inside joke still?). |

@floortrader: you started this thread off last year with a scan of your then recent acquisition of Great Britain #93, the Victoria 5 pound. If you didn't notice, the Cherrystone auction early this month had another, equally nice, used copy. It went for $1,500 plus premium.
I did not bid on it, but bid on and got a nicely centered used copy of the US C15 Zeppelin. |
