My Scott catalogue lists the 1911 issue as being engraved perf 12 with no watermark. It lists the 1915 issue as frame litho, center engraved, perf 13½ x 14½ and no wmk. The 1928 issue is listed as frame typo, center engraved, perf 13½ x 14½ with wmk 215 star on shield, multiple. The pictured stamp is litho (frame) with the center engraved, perf 12 and is watermarked. I can't see the watermark clearly but can see a portion of it with watermark fluid and by holding it up to a light. Is the Scott catalogue wrong or is this another omission on their part?

Thanks, The paper is thin enough, I'm about to decide there is no watermark as well. Just impressions made from handling in the past.

Yes, looks like a 104 to me.
Going by the background lines being Horiz. and Diag.
This part of Chile highlights the difficulty in establishing Wmks with Scott cataloguing. One has go back to 1897 to register "Unwmkd"
