Great information again Jogil

Help me understand why the plate blocks {196} are 11.25 x 11 and the 196bi looks like it comes from a sheet but is 11 x 11..???

Am I missing some thing..??

wert: 196 sheet stamps were web-fed rotary press printed and web-fed perforated 11.25 x 11
196bi booklet panes were sheet-fed flat plate printed and sheet-fed perforated 11 x 11
