3mm Horizontal Bar Printing Variety

Notice the 3mm horizontal bar on the three examples below:





I have a couple more, adding to the three above. All 3mm and all horizontal printing artifacts.

The watermarks for these range from W15 (1907-1910) to W47 (1961-1964).

That's a long time for an EFO type to persist. Any print experts out there who might opine on these EFOs?
