Evening,

Having a little trouble finding much on this Concordia overprint on what seems to be a Scott 206, wmk. 126. Not exactly undamaged, but curious just the same as I've not seen one before.
The 1920 on the overprint seems earlier than the stamp if I've I.D.ed it correctly.

Only thing I've come up with so far, is a "Deutscher Club Concordia" in Shanghai.
On this link....

any input would be welcome thanks.

It looks like a promotional for the International Collector and Correspondence Association, or CONCORDIA (CA). CONCORDIA was a large, world-wide philatelic exchange association in the 1920's and 1930's, with over 5,000 members worldwide at its peak.

D'you know Tim,
my memory is becoming tarnished I think, when I posted, I was thinking that maybe this stamp, was a design by my favourite (Edmund Dulac)
I had to check the catalogue...saved, it was by one H Fleury.
