I would like to know how they manage all the different mounts They have to have some large organizer that has all the sizes. Then you have to have a map to associate each space to specific size mount. It seems like it would very labor intensive but not cost effective to try to full automate. It is not like building a printed circuit card assembly with that type of automation.
This is pretty basic stuff. If you can't or won't apply the mounts yourself, buy a range of strips of clear mounts and a decent pair of scissors, a mount-cutter and a glue-stick. Then look around your friends, acquaintances or contacts for someone who'd be willing to cut and affix the mounts at an agreed rate.
