Geoff these are definitives for Tripolitania overprinted on Cyrenaica in 1951. The denomincations are "MAL."

Geoff- the Fezzan overprint set is a tough one. There are also 2 settings for the overprint on the high values, which Scott mentions only in an (incorrect) note after the set. I think most of the European catalogs list the 2 types correctly though I have never seen Gibbons for Italian Colonies.
