USPS Internal Memo Regarding Slow Mail And Budget Cuts

This article is directly related to the USPS but does speak about mail-in ballots as a part of the story. It discusses slow mail which is a topic that has been the subject of multiple posts on this forum lately.

I respectfully request that this post NOT be removed, as two of mine have been recently, under the guise of "violating the SCF rules that I agreed to". If it is I would like to know precisely what the rule violation was so that I can share that information. This is NOT a political post and should not be "cancelled".
