Ok , group here is an 1963 Monaco stamp with a oval black rubber stamp
inscription and design in the center applied to the gum side.Translated I am getting,"
Monaco Polish Postage Stamp Museum" Is it plausible that the museum applied this to stamps issued on the first day issue or otherwise? As always all input is appreciated.
