I have a bunch of 4 and 6 count plate blocks but don't have the plate numbers. Are these NOT considered valid plate blocks because they don't have the plate numbers? If they are not considered plate blocks, can I assume that it's okay to separate them?
If they do not have plate numbers they are simply called "blocks". If the multiple is not in a purely block shape it is a multiple or it could have a block of four or six plus (fill in the blank). Anyway, if the stamps are common, which I assume that they are, break at will. Postage, decorating lampshades, singles just for the heck of it...…….
