Japanese occupation stamps Celebes anchors & sun.
These anchor overprints are small and can be difficult to identify.Although Dai Nippon lists the types, bad inking can make things uncertain.Differentiating between North & South Celebes anchor types can be impossible if it is a forgery. The 'sun' overprint is also never perfectly round.

These cards are quiet common in use and can have many types of administrative chops, seals & postmark types.
This local Java card was sent in 1943 from Bandoeng to Djakqarta.

^ I like how the indicia of this issue have the pre-occupation design, but with "NED. INDIE" replaced by "DAI NIPPON".
