As Don has observed, the one on the right is a color changeling, and so it has depreciated because of the severe loss of original color.
It has also had a hard life as stamps go; many perforations are worn down and the corners are battered. So in all likelihood, it has almost no monetary value, but you could use it as a placeholder in an album after you identify it.
I hope you have obtained a perforation gauge as Rogdcam suggested when you first posted these. It's essential equipment. As is watermark fluid for the stamps in the Washington Franklin series.
I happened to be looking at one of this design stamp earlier today, and one simply must have both a perf gauge and watermarking fluid.
The stamp on the left is clearly in better shape. It might be of interest to someone who collects precancels, but it is pretty common, so again, we are talking US pennies, so it is most likely a placeholder for your album once you identify the perforations and, if necessary, watermark it.
Identifying the stamps is always worth it in my book 'cause it is good to stay in practice.
