I came across the following in a small lot of German stamps I recently bought on ebay. I'm not entirely certain what it is, and see nothing in my Scott catalog that resembles it.

Any help is appreciated.

Dale

Scott does not recognize computer-vended stamps outside of the U.S.A. issues.

This is a postage stamp, not a meter and not a label...but Scott ignores these.

Thank you Roberto and Peter. For some reason ATM was not popping into my head this morning.

I think I have enough info now to do a bit more research before adding this to my collection.

If I had a dollar for every item Scott chooses not to list...

I understand that editorial policies can change over time, especially with a long-running publication like the Scott catalog, but with Scott it often feels like they enjoy adding the inconsistencies.
