from the picture its a type one but colour I'm not too sure on, maybe one of the platers can help you
but the asking price?
it seems a bit rich to me , even for a #25 the centering, its difficult to get these issues well centered

The color is that of #26 to my eyes.
Not the dull red of #25

It's a Type I, Scott #25 in a color that looks completely normal.

I would not buy it without a Cert. especially knowing who
The seller is. Photo color can be doctored to look like
Something it is not.

No question it is a 25 type 1. Whether it is OG or not we obviously cannot tell.
