Canada Scott/Unitrade 903-904 And 905-906

Canada Scott/Unitrade 903-904 is found as a se-tenant pair.
Canada Scott/Unitrade 905-906 is found as a se-tenant pair.

Canada Scott/Unitrade 903-904 are found together in a pane.
Canada Scott/Unitrade 905-906 are found together in a pane.

Some FDCs are found with all four stamps Scott/Unitrade 903-906 together as a block.
(Unless the two different se-tenant pairs have been expertly stuck down together to make them look like a block.)

Are there any blocks or panes with all four stamps found together outside of the FDCs?

Don't have the 903-906 block on a NON first day cover..Only have NON first day covers like 744-747 etc.

I do not believe that any blocks of four of 903-906 exist. The 17c values (903-904_ were issued as a se-tenant pane and the 35c values (905-906) were another separate pane. If you have a block of four on FDC, I suggest you look at it carefully and believe will find that it is two pairs exactly aligned when affixed to the cover.

The two se-tenant pairs are extremely close together on the Official First Day Cover (OFDC) appearing as though the four stamps were from a single pane of stamps.

They were not, as evidenced from the close up of the torn perforations of SC904 of the top pair above the perforations of SC906 of the bottom pair.

Jogil, if you look to the bottom of the area concerning those stamps in the unitrade book, it will list all four together as a combination cover. It is quite common for Canada Post to do this on many of their 17c and 35c setennant pair covers.

Of course, a scan of the FDC would have been helpful... just sayin'
