How do you tell the difference between these two paper types on used stamps?

For example, the 1p issue has variations which include SG X846 "all over phosphor fluorescent coated paper" and SG X925 "Phosphorised paper fluorescent coated paper"

The image on an AOP Machin looks less sharp compared to one with phosphored paper. Under UV, the coating looks grainier.

Here is a comparison. The left is AOP and the right is CB (not phosphor paper) but the purpose to show the AOP looks poorer. The 10p AOP was an extreme. A magnifier will help since it shows in portrait details.
