US 25 Or 26 -Please Help Identify

I am not sure whether this is Scott 25 or 26 and do not totally understand how the plate is determined and would appreciate any expert help.

Having said that - a #25 has framelines at top and bottom (to kind of 'match' the ones at left and right). The area at bottom of your stamp is enough to show the bottom frame line, if it is there - I don't see it, but that could be the unclear pic.

If there are no top or bottom framelines, then it is a #26. If the side framelines are unbroken lines between stamps above and below, then it is a Type III #26. If the framelines DON'T continue between stamps above and below, then it is a Type IV (or #26A).

A magnifying glass is very helpful (or a scanner that allows you to blow up the image on your computer screen).

Here are two more clearer pictures. The frame lines seem pretty solid top and bottom but the right frame line is pretty broken up. It would appear from the response below that this is 25?

Your stamp is a #26 because:

A) The stamp has side frame lines but not top and bottom frame lines
B) The side frame lines are unbroken between vertical stamp positions (at bottom left, you can see the frame line extending beyond the bottom of the stamp design)

A #25 has a frame line on all four sides. In the below example of a #25, you can see the bottom frame line:
