Scott 4639 Tagging Omitted Error

Just found this, a pretty unique example of tagging omitted. I don't know if it is Scott listed since latest catalog I have is 2014.

Could be a counterfeit - that is why I asked for a visible light photo

Hadn't even thought of the possibility it was a counterfeit type. Here is a picture of the stamp in question on the left with a normal one on top. Due to the poor printing I expect others will confirm it is counterfeit. Made it through the postal system just fine.

I asked for a picture of the stamp - not a partial. Most of the time the micro printing ( or lack thereof ) will give it away

Thank you - something is amiss where the micro printing is supposed to be. Of course the crummy printing speaks volumes by itself

Mark, just in case you are not aware the USSS May 2020 issue has an article on 2017 counterfeits. Also, PNC3 has had numerous reports of fake coils bought off of EBay
