Hi everyone. I am asking this for a friend. All Google searches have come up lame. I think the image of the flag gives away Taiwan as opposed to Japan or Korea. Has anyone seen one of these or know what it is? I really am asking for a friend, I don't have a scan or better photo.

The flag is of the Kuomintang political party, not Taiwan. Maybe it could be a receipt stamp or label issued by the party?

Hopefully someone can translate the Chinese text in order to help in its identification.

It might have been issued in mainland China pre-1949, or Taiwan after 1949.
