Thanks Don. So, interpreting the best I can, should I be hit by ransomware (doubtful) "Imaging" would just need a swap of the hard drive, to get back working immediately (Less the data from the present back to the last "image")
That appeals to me, rather than having to load all my subsidiary programs again, passwords etc ad nauseum.
I have purchased 2 eCatalogues for the convenience for when I travel for work that I have access wherever I am. Problem though is when the site doesn't give you access like right now it won't load either of the catalogues for me. That's why hard copies are nice.
That seems to answer my question is that they are hosting these on their premises rather than in a data center. I wonder if they have a disaster recovery plan.
Amos is in the middle of a move, I assume that they moved the servers during the weekend to avoid disruption of their internal business network and accounting software. Don
