Yeah no watermark. It is really obvious, and your catalog should have an image of it. So that makes it a 430 with a 20c overprint which is 536. That actually looks like a piece of hinge on the back. If the stamp has gum you are best to just let it be. If no gum you can soak it off.

The perforations on they where 12 1/2 x 13
This appears not to match up
Or can it be slightly off slightly?

This is great to work threw this
I am a dreamer (dummy)
But I like to learn and it's been pretty interesting
Learning about China history
But I may check out some other stamps
Till my catalogue gets here
Any good suggestions I have a bunch and don't know where to start
