Already sent for trade to someone. Does anyone think this isn't a legit roulette 6?

If a trimmed stamp, why only perf 6 on one side, and half of the bottom? I feel that maybe the lack of perfs on the left and top could be due to heavy handling. I purchased it from my local stamp library for $2.50. Don't know how long it's been there or how much it's been handled.

look closely at the edges of your stamp under a good glass for evidence of perf nicks. also note the edge for what I call feathers. the certified copy has a very soft look to it. perfs will leave a pressure ridge on one side or the other that will bunch up the paper. genuine roulette's also have a distinct shape. who issued the cert?

Rather then "heavy handling", I think it more likely that someone took a damaged stamp and played with it in an attempt to make it worth at least something.
