Need Some Help Identifying Town Cancels

I have a handful of covers that I cannot read the name of the town on the cancel, if anyone recognizes them it would be a great help.

New York Exchange Office datestamp and accountancy marking. Red was used for credits, Black was used for debits. 7c of the postage was credited to the U.S. and the other 3c for foreign postage.
