I do not see much certifying of Chinese stamps in the big Hong Kong auction houses. They have experience and reputation. However I would start with the China Stamp Society.

Yes I will start with the expertization of the more valuable pieces.

Most of the stamps in our collection were exhibited in Asia in the late 80s and early 90s, we're confident that expertization should give us positive reinforcement.

Since you are in the LA area, check in with Glen Tjia of Quality Philatelics in Newport Beach - he knows China

Most of the China materials do not need a cert, since most of the counterfeits cannot escape from the eyes of the auction houses. The owner of InterAsia, Jeffery himself is in the committee of the BPA. All the BPA cert on China materials will have his signature. In my opinion, only a few very expensive stamps for which has good counterfeits need a cert. For your red-revenue stamps, for example, only the 1st stamp in the 2nd row need a cert, since the little "4" may be altered from a large "4".

TangStamps: Thank you for the information.

Jeffrey has left InterAsia and is now working with the folks at Kelleher & Rogers. I was given that info after speaking with Kelleher & Rogers.

The three other .pdfs are all postal history, and also STUNNING!
