I have a copy of Dominican Republic #36 which shows un centavc. Is this a common error? Is the stamp real? Any help is appreciated.

The American Journal of Philately 1894 Volume 7 lists and illustrates this error.

Wait a minute-"to good to be true " -------This is a stamp that catalogs in Scott's at .90 cents ,heck I will give you a lot more than 90 cents for the forgery !
