The 1 cent green Franklin is Scott 279 with a catalog value of $.25 in good condition which yours is not. The toning on the perf edges detracts from the value considerably. The 3 cent Washington is more problematic and could be any of 7 major varieties and many more minor ones. It is most likely Scott 65 which catalogs for about $3.00, but again your copy suffers from toning, poor centering and damaged perfs.
The three-cent Washington looks like it might be unused which would up the catalog value, but it still suffers from the problems noted by Willwood42. The Confederate issues look like genuine #11s (later printing by Keatinge and Ball), but this is also not my area.
