Those of you with more specialized catalogs listing print quantities, can you please tell me the print quantity for Scott 19, 20 and 41?

Thank you in advance

According to the Michel Specialized issue quantities are unknown. Likely the records were destroyed in WWII.

Your Scott numbers correspond to Michel #19, 20 and 39 respectively. (The last has a number of listed variants.) As Germania says, Michel Specialized doesn't list any quantities issued for these, or really for any, stamps of German East Africa.
