Hi all! I ran across this stamp in a tote I went through. I did a search online and here in the forum. With the info I have gathered, I came to the conclusion that it is R13b. Am I correct with my conclusion or did I miss something? I appreciate any and all input. I thank you in advance.

Alas, it's an R13c that someone trimmed the vertical perfs from. It's a shame, because it's a nice paper fold.
