Hi there! Could anyone tell anything briefly about this stamp? I know it's Russian, but it doesn't seem to be Russian Empire or Soviet Union. I guess it has to do with the civil war period.

According to Michel catalogue : unissued stamp from West Army,1919
The set includes 8 stamps,which exist perf. and imperf.
