This ebay purchase just arrived today. I love the samurai artwork on it. The inscription on the postcard and in the commemorative cancellation translates as "Commemoration of 1932 Army Special Military Exercises". It was postmarked at Imperial General Headquarters on 14 November 1932 (Shôwa 7).

While I am not a collector of Japan I can certainly appreciate the outstanding artwork/color on this card. One of the reasons I enjoy coming to this board is to see things like this thaT I wouldn't likely otherwise see. Thanks for sharing.
