Hello! Could anyone tell something about these stamps? Are they postage stamps? They seem to have some kind of cancel on them but I'm not sure they are postage stamps. I would guess it has something to do with the Spanish Civil War. Comments?

These are fund raising stamps for the Nationalist side . They are both propaganda and fund raising stamps .

Mail was obiligated to carry these labels from certain areas, some in my collection have cities names on them . These labels came from various causes like social assistance, local assistance, refugees aid and the war effort .

Both, are political cinderellas, issued on Galicia (a Celtic country on the NW of Spain) by the fascist side during the 1936-39 war. The second is from Pontevedra a province and a city in the South of Galicia, bordering Portugal.
The first, shows Santiago (Saint James), the patron of Galicia and of Spain. It was printed in the town of La Coruña, another Galician province and town, just North of Pontevedra. It might be used all around Galicia during the war.

Thank you all. Good to know, very clarifying. If I'm not mistaken, Franco was from Galicia as well.
