Good evening, I recently purchased a second Penny Black N-L and am hopeful that someone here can once again assist with identifying the plate number. Any assistance is very much appreciated!

I would suggest Plate 2. The left star misses the 7 o'clock ray and the 10 o'clock ray is almost missing. Furthermore, the L tilts.
