good evening all.

i tried to id these and I think they are all scott 9...but definitely not sure.

cant get better scans at this moment so hoping these will do.

can someone help me?

Better scans are definitely needed. Based on the photos and my aged eyesight, I'd say the irregular block of three looks like #9, but the pair strikes me as #7.
