Do These Ukrainian Stamps - Probably Counterfeits From 1962 - Have Any Interest Today?

I think my father bought these stamps around November 1962. Today I went to classify them and was surprised by the information in the Scott catalog, as you can see in the photo below ....

They are actually made of thin paper and have no inscription on the back.

Do they arouse any collectible interest these days?
If so, How to price ? and where?
