Can this imperf Franklin be identified as to Scott No. and plated with the lower part missing?

It is a type IV Scott #9. A larger scan is needed to plate it.

It's a #9, Relief "A" - beyond that I couldn't say.

An A Relief without any apparent plating marks--the toughest #9s to plate. Based on the contour of the top recut and the appearance of the bottom recut of the stamp above I'd nominate 57R1L. There also might be the faint mark inside Ornament FG as indicated by Neinken.

Here's my copy of this position for comparison (right-hand stamp in 55-56-57R1L strip).
