I am not sure it's #7 or #8A. The top frame looks broken to me. But may need plating information to be sure. Thanks!

The image is large but lacks detail. It appears to be a scan at 600dpi enlarged 400%. It has size and no detail. It does not appear to match any plate 4 reliefs and does not have the sharpness of a plate 1e. It is almost like the image is out of focus. We would need a higher resolution image to make any determinations. An enlargement of a low dpi image is not the same.

The top frame line is weak but not broken. Type II, Relief A, possibly Plate 1 Early.
