I need any information about the overprint and if the stamp has any scarcity or value .
By the way it is hinged .

Peter, it looks like a precancel. It is hinged - no problem because the stamp is most likely used.

petermegally..This is a "KG V Admiral" precancel stamp from Nova Scotia.
It looks like a DIE II version and is classified as a 2 105d


Value..Maybe $1.00...Nice stamp..Nicely centered.
Made it so you can see the precancel.
