Today I tried to respond to one of those special discount offers; you know- you get a certain percentage off. Turned out I didn't get it. Upon a follow-up with the seller he had no idea what I was referencing. I had to send him a copy/paste of the email to get it. Yes it was the same seller.
I am now seeing these offers on albums, bidders, etc. Who picks who gets these?
