496 Washington Coil Line Pair... Gradeable?

Here is another one that looks pretty nice to me and might be worth a grade. The right and left stamp are not horizontally at the same height but looking at some of the higher graded examples that does not seem to be a disqualifying criteria. It does seem to be a bit "right" but that is more so at the top than at the bottom of the pair. The vertical margins look pretty consistent.

This 496 coil line pair is NH and from the same collection that contained the Monroe pair mentioned in a previous thread. I am thinking 90... and hoping 95. Would love to hear the community's opinion.

The height difference comes from being two different plates, but I am not sure how much that is taken into account. If at all. It should be at least a 95 if it does, and possibly a 98 if it does not. Probably worth checking power search for graded line pairs to get some idea.

There is a very similar pair coming up in the Dec Siegel sale, it is an XF-Superb 95 Jumbo. This example here might have slightly better vertical margins.
