i found both lots 543 and 544 of the 3038 HR Harmer upcoming auction state scott 23 but instead both are scott 24.

i e mailed them and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly e mail I received back! including the offered option to cancel my bids.

they will also announce the correct(ed) the scott's number prior to selling the lots on the floor.

great customer experience given by Bill Bergstrom of HR Harmer, thank you!

just wanted to warn any of the SCF members that bid on line

I have always found both Bill and Charles to be a pleasure to deal with. Straightforward and with good attitudes.

It was pretty clearly a typo type of mistake, since the description on both said they were Ty V, which is correct.

Awhile back, I attempted to point something out to Charles Epting, and never ever heard back. Even if he thought I was mistaken, he could have at least replied. I got nothing.

I'm glad you had success communicating with them.
