Please try to focus your pictures - it is hard to tell what it is. Also, try to use a black background

The stamp appears to have been clumsily cut from an envelope, removing some of the perforations.

The stamp appears to be Germany Scott #49, CV$1.40 if it is ultra. CV only applies to well-centered, undamaged, lightly cancelled stamps, so this stamp's value is much less.

There are other possible shades as well, some of which are more expensive (prussian blue: CV$115, grayish ultra: CV$7.75)

From what I can see, the stamp is essentially worthless, due to the perforations being cut off.
