inherited two framed stamps, One says Israel the other Russia. Need help idenitifying.

It is a joint issue from Russia and Israel on Nov. 19, 1997. For Israel the Scott catalogue # is 1319. For Russia the Scott catalogue # is 6418.

Hi, these are not framed stamps, they are called souvenir sheets in the stamp hobby.

I think he meant that they are in a picture frame (you can see in his image that they are behind glass).
