Hey everybody, As I was going through a number of Special Delivery Stamps I noticed something odd. The E15, E15a, and E15b are all supposed to have perf. of 11 x 10 1/2. However, out of nearly 30 of those stamps, I discovered that about half of them were 11 1/2 x 10 1/2 instead.
Can anyone tell me why that is and how do I classify/record them.
